Mustajab Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd was established in 2012 with NOC from Government of Pakistan. Initially company started its operation in the province of Sindh with its Head Office at Karachi.

The company has sound track record of providing highly highly professional and reliable security services to a Large number of public and private organization with well- established policies/ standard operating procedures Most of the managerial staff of Mustajab Security Services are retired Armed Forces Officers.

Maximum subordinate staffs of Mustajab security services are Armed Forces retired Junior Commissioned Officers, soldiers and rest are from Air Port Security Force/Para-Military Forces and other sister concerns. Few educated civilians have also been inducted after giving them professional training of security guarding with English speaking skills for the convenience of foreign clients. Their original documents are maintained at the Head Office and verification is carried out under existing rules. Selection of guards is based on their physical appearance, health, age, duration of service, mental alertness, character etc.
